Chelsea have been storming under the guidance of Antonio Conte this season but things looked to have hit a rut earlier this calendar year when Tottenham Hotspur halted their exceptional winning run with a victory that many believed opened up the Premier League title race. That couldn’t be further from the truth though as Chelsea quickly got back to their best form and, although there are many who believe the likes of Manchester City could launch a late assault for the title, the Blues look set to clinch their second title in three years.Chelsea’s form has also extended to the FA Cup though and the Blues will have hope of securing a double this season by being victorious at Wembley come May- which remains possible after a victory over Wolves in the fifth round.
Since the defeat to Spurs, Chelsea have won six of their following eight matches, drawing the other two, and have conceded just four goals in the process.
